He has launched new business units, recovered struggling divisions, and delivered complex network programs for major U.S. providers. Brandon’s expertise in OSP design, permitting, SUE, and turnkey deployment ensures accurate planning, efficient execution, and reliable project delivery. He brings a results‑driven, solutions‑focused leadership approach to every engagement.

He has held diverse senior roles that include ICT, B2B, B2C ecommerce and is the current CEO of one of Conexia Groups companies – Sago Fiber, LLC an Internet Service Provider in Texas.

Telecom executive with over 30 years in the telecommunications engineering and infrastructure business, involved in all aspects from Site Development, Project/Construction Management, Engineering and Construction Services. More than 20 years in senior management roles managing operations, development of new lines of business, including a wireless construction group as well as an Outside Plant Engineering Design & Construction group.

Proven track record in project execution and turnaround of troubled programs and lines of business to increased profitability through improvements in process, scheduling and efficiency.

Internationally experienced CEO in the Mobile and Digital Infrastructure sectors, with a proven track record of increasing shareholder value through developing strategic plans, building high performing organisations and enhancing operational efficiency and revenues often through the implementation of fundamental change, in both turn-around, scale-up and high-growth situations. Proven funding acquirer and M&A deal sourcing; achieving successful exits both buy and sale side globally, over the last c. 35 years.

A hybrid senior executive with a consummate depth of understanding of every facet of Telecoms and Fintech business operations aligned with a highly strategic, commercial and entrepreneurial outlook, his roles have included Advisory, Board, C-Suite and Senior leadership positions in both publicly listed and privately owned international companies in circa fifty frontier and emerging market countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

His most recent and key Senior leadership roles include, Chief Executive Officer 9mobile, Nigeria, Chief Executive Officer Ananda, Myanmar, Chief Executive Officer qb, Cambodia, Chief Executive Officer Starlink (Ooredoo), Qatar, Chief Operating Officer Advisory & Professional Services, Dubai, UAE and, Chief Information & Customer Services Officer Iraqna, Iraq.

In addition to his extensive TMT and ICT experience and recent successful launch of a Payments Services Bank in Nigeria, in earlier career roles Alan held numerous positions internationally with financial institutions including Bank of America, Barclays Bank, Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank and its subsidiary Chartered Trust and, QInvest, amongst others.
